Robinson sends cease and desist letter to Stein over alleged false ad allegation

Attorneys for Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson’s campaign have sent a cease-and-desist letter to Attorney General Josh Stein and his campaign for allegedly running a TV ad that includes a series of misleading statements and visuals depicting a childcare center that the lieutenant governor and his wife, Yolanda Hill, ran in Greensboro between 2005 and 2007.

NC only southern state to adopt Biden’s Title IX gender rules

Twenty-six states that are under litigation barring the implementation of the Title IX rewrite. While every other state in the south, including Virginia and Tennessee, has paused implementing the rule, North Carolina, is the only southern state where the federal government will be able to enforce its new rule.
