Andrew P. Morriss is the H. Ross & Helen Workman Professor of Law & Business and a professor with the Institute for Government and Public Affairs at the University of Illinois. He is also a research fellow of the New York University Center for Labor and Employment Law, a senior fellow at the Property & Environment Research Center (PERC), a senior scholar at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, and a visiting professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, in Guatemala. He was previously Galen J. Roush Professor of Business Law and Regulation at Case Western Reserve University, where he was also associate dean from 2000 to 2003. He received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton, has a J.D. and a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Ph.D. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
William D. Henderson is an associate professor of law at the Indiana University School of Law–Bloomington. Before coming to Indiana in 2003, he had a visiting appointment at Chicago-Kent College of Law. He was a judicial clerk for Judge Richard D. Cudahy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and served as an interim associate for the Chicago law firm Sidley Austin Brown and Wood. He received his bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University and his J.D. from the University of Chicago, where he was comment editor for the University of Chicago Law Review.
