Charles E. Rounds is a professor of law at Suffolk University Law School, where he teaches Drafting Wills and Trusts; Agency; Trusts; and Legal Structures of Mutual Funds in Civil Law and Common Law Jurisdictions. He joined the faculty of Suffolk after serving as a lawyer for the First National Bank of Boston. Among other professional activities, Rounds serves as a resident scholar of the Beacon Hill Institute and is a member of the advisory committee of the Cato Project on Social Security Choice. Rounds has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University, and a Certificate in German from the Defense Language Institute. He is the author of numerous editions of Loring and Rounds: A Trustee’s Handbook.
