Charlie Fink is an intern with the John Locke Foundation. He is a Raleigh native and recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, he enjoys reading fiction and history as well as hiking in the mountains of Western NC. His family includes two younger brothers and two golden doodles.
