Codey Snipes is a summer 2026 intern at the John Locke Foundation. In December 2025, he graduated from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science, a concentration in pre-professional legal studies, and a minor in business. This fall, Codey will attend Regent University School of Law to pursue his Juris Doctor as part of their honors program. Prior to joining the Locke Foundation, he interned at the North Carolina Supreme Court.
