Kelly has more than 25 years of experience as a nonprofit professional, with a primary focus on supporting and protecting children and families. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she has spent a decade dedicated specifically to child sexual abuse prevention, including providing CSA prevention education to more than 6,000 adults in eastern North Carolina.
