VIDEO: N.C. GOP Demands Election Officials Be Fired

RALEIGH — On Tuesday, the chairman of the North Carolina Republican Party called on Gov. Beverly Perdue to clean house at the state Board of Elections. Tom Fetzer reacted to news of the firing of a friend of the board’s executive director. The personnel issue brought the spotlight back to a campaign finance complaint the GOP brought against Perdue. The party questioned some flights during Perdue’s campaign.
