Budd introduces bill to expedite disaster relief for Western North Carolina

One bill would require the president to direct FEMA to remove debris from real estate owned by homeowners’ associations and condominiums. It is the latest in a line of actions the NC congressional delegation is taking to push the fed to provide relief in western North Carolina.
