JLF: Council Should Sacrifice Own Garbage Disposals

RALEIGH – The John Locke Foundation has called on most members of Raleigh City Council to disclose their ownership of garbage disposals and to disable and remove those disposals as soon as possible. The request followed city council's 7-1 vote Tuesday to maintain a day-old ban on new garbage disposal units.
