UNC opposes former provost’s ‘unwarranted’ requests in open meetings lawsuit

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill spelled out its objections Monday to a former provost’s latest request in an open meetings lawsuit against the university. The case is scheduled for a hearing Wednesday afternoon in Hillsborough.
