NC congressional delegation helps veterans’ bill become law

Bipartisan legislation first crafted by Congressman Patrick McHenry, R, NC-10, and Congressman Jim McGovern, D-MA, that supports veterans and first responders with disabilities through specially trained service dogs was signed into law by President Biden on Nov. 25.
