News Federal Appeals Court upholds ruling favoring Mid-Currituck toll bridge The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a trial court ruling protecting the Mid-Currituck toll bridge from a challenge by environmental groups. The unanimous appellate panel agreed with the trial court that the N.C. Department of Transportation and the federal government did not violate federal law in approving the bridge. CJ Staff
