Audit finds NCDHHS lax with nursing home oversight

The North Carolina Office of State Auditor (NCOSA) released an audit that points out the lax oversight of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) Division of Health Service Regulation over nursing homes in the state.
