Hearing scheduled Sept. 5 in suit against state GOP chairman election
A hearing is scheduled Sept. 5 in a lawsuit challenging the North Carolina Republican Party’s recent election of its chairman. The session at the Wake County courthouse will address the plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary injunction.
