Court rejects appeal against Wake County in class-action peeping lawsuit

The North Carolina Court of Appeals has dismissed an appeal against Wake County in a class-action lawsuit based on 2021 peeping incidents involving two county-owned prenatal clinics. Appellate judges agreed the plaintiffs failed to follow the proper procedure when pursuing their case against the county government.
