Winning defendant asks top NC court to reject chicken cruelty case
A Burke County chicken producer targeted in a recent animal cruelty lawsuit is urging the North Carolina Supreme Court to reject the case. Lower courts have ruled in favor of the producer, Case Farms, and against the activist group Legal Impact for Chickens.
