Judge allows portion of religious discrimination lawsuit against NC Symphony to proceed

A federal judge will allow three former members of the North Carolina Symphony to proceed with their lawsuit against the Symphony and the state Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. The musicians say they lost their jobs because they refused to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
