Rocky Mount audit: No double billing, unpaid officials’ bills
An Information Systems Audit regarding the City of Rocky Mount’s utilities billing has been completed by the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor (NCOSA) after residents raised concerns about being billed twice after receiving two separate utility bills in December.
