Friday Interview: The Promise and Peril of Shale Gas

RALEIGH — “Shale gas has the potential to materially improve the economic lot of every citizen of the U.S.” Dr. Vikram Rao, executive director of the Research Triangle Energy Consortium, used that sentence to begin the final chapter of his recent book Shale Gas: The Promise and the Peril.
