Raleigh Union Station May Depend on Sales Tax Hike

RALEIGH — Triangle Transit officials say the fate of Union Station isn’t tied to the success of the tax initiative. But a key city transit planner differs, and opponents of the tax hike say defeating the referendum would kill the project entirely.
