State board certifies 2026 primary, audits confirm accuracy

At its meeting on Wednesday, the North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE) certified the results of the 2026 primary election for all contests, including the District 26 race between Senate Leader Phil Berger, R-Rockingham, and Rockingham County Sheriff Sam Page) across the state, excluding the US Senate and US House of Representatives in CD-1, CD-3, and CD-6. CD-10, CD-11, and CD-13.
