A former North Carolina State University soccer player will be allowed to move forward with his sexual harassment lawsuit against the university. A unanimous federal Appeals Court panel ruled in favor of Benjamin Locke on Friday.

McNabb named special guest at Trump speech after fighting for transgender ban in women’s sports
