The free enterprise system plays a critical role in our lives, but students in middle and high schools encounter very little useful information about free enterprise. That’s the contention of the Wingate University economist who has developed the new “Free Enterprise Now” curriculum.

Dr. Peter Frank, interim dean and associate professor of economics at Wingate’s Porter B. Byrum School of Business, is also a free enterprise fellow at the Jesse Helms Center. He outlined the new curriculum during a speech Monday for the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
