That’s the prescription within Try Common Sense, the latest book from Philip Howard, founder and chairman of the government reform group Common Ground. Howard shared key themes from the book Thursday during a presentation for the John Locke Foundation and the Triangle Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society.
