JLF expert tells state budget story with pictures

That’s why John Locke Foundation Senior Fellow Joseph Coletti has put together a new presentation that tells much of the state budget story through charts and illustrations. Coletti shared details of his work Monday with the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
