N.C. Chief Justice Martin heads to Legislative Building to push ‘Raise the Age’

The head of North Carolina’s judicial branch of government headed to the seat of the legislative branch Monday afternoon to tout the “Raise the Age” campaign.

Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark Martin led a news conference supporting the campaign to treat most nonviolent 16- and 17-year-old criminal offenders as juveniles.
