Shareholders of Raleigh-based Red Hat faced criticism Thursday in connection with the software company’s public stance against North Carolina’s House Bill 2.
Justin Danhof, general counsel of the National Center for Public Policy Research, attended Red Hat’s annual shareholders meeting to question the company about its endorsement of the U.S. Justice Department’s legal action challenging H.B. 2, the so-called “bathroom law.”
After the meeting, Danhof discussed his remarks during an interview for Carolina Journal Radio.
