Jennis Biser, assistant professor of economics and finance at N.C. A&T State University, discusses the impact economist Milton Friedman had on public policy debates. Biser delivered these remarks as part of the presentation, “Milton Friedman and the Public Choice Revolution,” delivered July 31, 2009, which would have been Friedman’s 97th birthday. The John Locke Foundation and Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice co-sponsored the presentation as part of Friedman Legacy for Freedom Day.
