Raleigh, N.C. – The Raleigh City Council will consider three options to run high-speed rail through downtown.
Residents of the city’s Five Points neighborhood are urging the city to choose one of the two options that keep the trains on the opposite side of Capital Blvd. from their homes.
The city council is scheduled to consider the choices during its 1:00 pm meeting Tuesday.
