Scott Hodge, president of the Tax Foundation in Washington, D.C., says North Carolina and the United States are losing the “tax competition” by maintaining overly high tax rates, especially corporate tax rates. Hodge offered these comments during an interview for Carolina Journal Radio (Program No. 317).
