    Right-of-way acquisition was delayed from fiscal year 2027 to fiscal year 2029 and moving construction from fiscal year 2028 to fiscal year 2030. The revised project carries a total estimated cost of $37.41 million.

    State Health Plan raises Medicare rates, shifts provider tiers to cut costs

    At their board meeting on Friday, the North Carolina State Health Plan Board of Trustees voted unanimously to raise rates on its Medicare Advantage plans for older workers and retirees and discussed a new tier system for providers in the state.
