Chuck Williams is founder/CEO of Citizens for HOA Reform L.L.C. in North Carolina. He has lived in HOA communities for over 30 years. Not until he moved to Brunswick County in 2018 did he experience the utter frustration of living in a poorly managed HOA. After weeks of online searching for a group he could get involved with to lobby for reform and finding none in the state, at the age of 75 he has picked this fight with the largest lobby group supporting the HOA industry in North Carolina.
