North Carolina State University and a former grad student and employee have resolved a court dispute involving the Poe Hall shutdown, according to a court filing Friday at the state Supreme Court. NCSU is asking the state’s highest court to lift a stay in the case. That action would allow a trial judge to consider throwing out a complaint pitting Darren Masier against the school.
