Appeals Court rules for NC board in licensing dispute with drone operator

The 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a ruling favoring a  North Carolina government board in its licensing dispute with a drone-operating company. Appellate judges agreed that the board did not violate the plaintiffs' constitutional rights.
