RALEIGH – North Carolina’s congressional delegation changed very little in Tuesday’s election.

The only incumbent facing a potential loss is Democrat Bob Etheridge in the state’s 2nd Congressional District. The state is conducting a recount with results expected in late November. The rest of the state’s Democratic delegation avoided defeated either by running in a safe district or bucking their party’s leadership.
