Cato’s Ilya Shapiro recaps key cases, trends from U.S. Supreme Court’s 2019-20 term

Ilya Shapiro, director of the Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies at the Cato Institute and publisher of the Cato Supreme Court Review, discusses key rulings and trends during the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2019-20 term.
