Alliance for Public Charter Schools unveils its “Intelligent Increase Initiative,” which would create three types of exemption to North Carolina’s existing statewide cap of 100 charter schools. The Alliance also supports elimination of the cap. These remarks constituted a May 3, 2010, news conference at the Legislative Building in Raleigh.
