Daren Bakst, John Locke Foundation director of legal and regulatory studies, discusses his concerns about a 2010 N.C. Supreme Court decision that kept some convicted murderers behind bars. Bakst offered these comments during a March 10, 2011, presentation to the John Locke Foundation and Federalist Society. To watch full-length presentations of John Locke Foundation events, click here.
