JLF’s Terry Stoops addresses critics of N.C. charter school diversity

Terry Stoops, John Locke Foundation director of education studies, explains that critics of the racial and ethnic diversity within North Carolina’s public charter schools ignore the fact that state law mandates that charter schools fill open enrollment slots through a colorblind lottery.
