State University, says highly intelligent, well-trained experts can produce bad policy decisions because of the tunnel vision connected with their area of expertise. In-person early voting for the May 14 runoff election gets underway
In-person early voting for the May 14 second primary/runoff election began Thursday at 8 am. It will end on Saturday, May 11 at 3 pm.
