    Federal judge blocks two pieces of new NC abortion law

    A federal judge has issued an injunction against two pieces of North Carolina’s new abortion law. One would require doctors to document a pregnancy’s location in a woman’s body before administering abortion drugs. The other would require hospitalization for all abortions performed after 12 weeks of pregnancy.
