Families excited about the N.C. Supreme Court’s ruling upholding the state’s Opportunity Scholarship Program gathered for a lunchtime celebration Friday in Raleigh. The advocacy group Parents for Educational Freedom in North Carolina highlighted the victory for parental choice.
