The number of N.C. students educated in charter, private, and homeschools will soon top 300,000, according to estimates from the president of a leading school choice advocacy group.

Allison offered more evidence of school choice growth and offered projections for the future of choice during a National School Choice Week presentation Monday to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.

In the video clip below, Allison tallies projected enrollment numbers and points to positive commentary about school choice from an unlikely source.
